A $2,000 starter fund and required monthly meetings over twelve months give each Dissinger Fellow the resources and accountability to build a strong foundation.
The Dissinger Fellowship
For Graduating College Students
The Dissinger Fellowship is open to students graduating from a 2-year or 4-year college program who are entering the workforce within six months of graduation. It is a one-year program (December 2026 through November 2027) designed to support each Fellow through their final semester and their first six months of professional life.
Each Dissinger Fellow receives a $2,000 starter fund, ongoing mentorship from Foundation leadership, a personalized curriculum built on their Launch Profile, and required monthly meetings throughout the Fellowship year.
We look for graduating students who demonstrate coachability, self-awareness, and a propensity for action. We are looking for individuals ready to do the hard work of building the life they envision.
