Alexander Dissinger
Chairman & Founder
Alexander founded The Dissinger Foundation with a vision to disrupt the cycle of poverty through mentorship and financial education. He brings a deep passion for empowering young people and connecting them with the resources they need to succeed.
Stephanie Spanier
Vice Chairman
Stephanie brings a passion for mentorship and professional development to the Foundation. She is dedicated to preparing Fellows for the realities of interviewing, networking, and building lasting careers in their chosen fields.
Lauren Luvera
Secretary
Lauren is a Lieutenant Commander in the US Navy, commissioned in 2014. She has served as the commanding officer of the Buffalo Military Entrance Processing Station (MEPS), bringing a steady leadership perspective to the Foundation's board.
Shana Keating
Treasurer
Shana is a dedicated technology expert with a deep passion for financial literacy. She helps the Foundation strengthen its operational foundation while championing the financial education at the heart of every Fellow's journey.
Lorraine Romberger
Member-at-Large
Lorraine is a Milton Hershey School graduate and the former Director of Alumni Relations at MHS. She brings firsthand insight into the experience of students navigating life beyond graduation, and a deep belief in mentorship as the bridge.
