The Program

The Dissinger Fellowship

A one-year program supporting graduating students through the most consequential transition of their early lives.

About the Fellowship

For Graduating Students

The Dissinger Fellowship is built around a single, defining insight: the transition from school to professional life is where financial habits, professional identity, and long-term trajectory are actually set. It is also exactly where most young people are left without support.

The Fellowship runs December 2026 through November 2027, one focused, high-touch year covering a Fellow's final semester of school and their first six months of professional life. Each Dissinger Fellow receives the mentorship, structure, and resources to navigate that transition with confidence.

What Each Fellow Receives

  • $2,000 Starter Fund

Financial support to ease the transition into the workforce.

  • Ongoing Mentorship

Direct, sustained guidance from Foundation leadership throughout the year.

  • Personalized Curriculum

A custom plan built from each Fellow's Launch Profile at the start of the Fellowship.

  • Monthly Meetings

Required monthly meetings with your assigned mentor — structured accountability and support every month, from December 2026 through November 2027.
